The delivery schedule will depend on our courier partners, and while we are unable to provide specific delivery time slots due to their routing and load management, most deliveries are completed within 5-7 working days during non-peak periods and 7-10 working days during peak periods.
For ready stock orders, the fulfillment period is 5-7 working days from the date of payment confirmation.
For preorders, the fulfillment period is 6-8 weeks from the date of payment confirmation.

Delivery Refund Policy

For damaged orders, please provide photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims for lost orders must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or offer a full refund, including delivery charges. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect order to arrange for a return or exchange.
3. Wrong Address Provided
If the customer provides an incorrect address and does not inform us in advance of shipment, we are not responsible for any parcel loss.
